1. Software Development Agreements
All software engineering projects undertaken by Aarohan Enterprises are governed by mutually agreed scope documents specifying starting rates, milestone deliverables, and turnaround SLA timelines.
2. Source Code Ownership
Upon complete project payment settlement, clients maintain 100% full source code and database intellectual property ownership.
